Board Governance Committee
This committee will:
- Monitor and recommend election events to the Board.
- Monitor Board processes and procedures to make sure they are in compliance with the Bylaws.
- Compose and recommend changes to the Bylaws to be presented at the Annual Meeting as necessary.
- Assist Board members in knowing, understanding, and adhering to the information in the Board Members Handbook.
- Compose and recommend changes to the Board Members Handbook as necessary.
- Monitor Board processses and procedures to make sure they are in compliance with Robert's Rules of Order.
- Provide information to the Executive Committee and the Executive Director as necessary.
